11. Briefly explain your selections, please:
Response
They help to move things along faster.
Because technological improvements helps increase productivity rate on the long run.
technology has advanaced the construction industry in all ways from info to receiving it
reduce paperwork, direct communication, minimizes interferes
Most innovations are unecessary and complicate the work to be completed
not everyone is at the same speed
there are several technological innovations do do not require training of all personnel.
Most of the technical peoples are familiar with the new technology and they are using it on daily bases, therefore, it is very important to use all what you mentioned in the question (the new technology) in constructions

15. Briefly Explain your selections, please:
Response
If managed properly, less materials and construction is required.
when building you must not disturb the natural ecosystem, and if you do you must relocate the wild life to a proper ecosystem
LEED practices state keeping minimal equipment on site as such site is easier to maintain - its just a matter to learning and implementing it
environmentally positive practices help to keep a job site clean and easier to manage which in turn increases productivity.
Building Green is an asset in the construction industry

18. Briefly explain your selection, please:
Response
Depends on the project.
pre construction planning always reduces time wasted and saves money
Increases rate of error and creates further problems.
The more construction is done in a enclosed and controlled environment, the faster and better the work will be performed.
Increases productivity but increases cost as well(i.e. transportation , employmentre: manufacturing process etc.)
Building or creating some products (not) on-site can increase perfection and require less money for transportation.
